PLEASE NOTE. . .The White Building is open from 9-4 during business days. If your appointment is outside those hours you'll need to text or call when you arrive.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $20. for the first time and the FULL AMOUNT thereafter. These amounts must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please don't worry about late arrivals. I leave an hour of time between sessions as life and traffic can be unpredictable. Your massage will not be shortened if I can at all help it.
